March 18th, 2015 changed my life forever. The man who I loved dearly and considered my best friend passed away. My dad was amazing he was a force of love and knowledge. He always said I love you and encouraged me to write and follow my dreams no matter what they were. He supported my writing career and even had all my books proudly displayed in his room. He was 65 years old and suffered from COPD and in the end, it took his life. He smoked for the greater part of his life. He tried to quit but nothing ever worked out. He was lucky to pass away in his sleep (coma)at home as those that loved him were near to him. I will never forget him because he changed me and made me stronger. In my heart, I am glad he is free from the pain and suffering he endured every day but I miss him. He took a part of me when he died that day, a part of me that I will never get back. I will forever miss him but I will remember and love him forever in my heart.
RIP Michael Lynn Tinnin Sr 8/9/49 – 3/18/15 I love you daddy
